Skill Set Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) Hemodynamic monitoring- swans, art lines Ventilator management, Strong critical thinking skills, 2 years or more ICU experience Certifications: ACLS BLS NIH REQUIRED Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed : (candidates with these skills will be considered first) IABP exposure CRRT exposure Meditech charting/ order entry Preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) ACTIVE TX RN License NO TEMP LICENSE ACCEPTED Procedures performed on unit: Post CABG Post VAD Post Cath with various cardiac support devices- IABP, Impella, ecmo All active certifications + license required!
